Hey Trainers. The Halloween event is live on all 10 servers. Battle, clear quests, fight the world bosses, ride the new bikes, and explore Grave Hollow.
Grave Hollow
Grave Hollow is a new dimension on every server. Igor, standing outside it, offers a teleport in. Inside, he has quests.
World bosses: only one is up at a time. You need 15% of its max HP in damage to earn loot, and that loot is given to you.
- Bob, every 30 minutes. Electrovore Core, plus a 5% Halloween Spirit.
- Big Randy, every 45 minutes. 3–10 Halloween Candy Bags.
They wander up to 100 blocks, then head home.
Quests and Halloween Coins
- Igor, 7 quests. Ends at The Bob Sighting. The first reward includes an Eevee Vampire skin.
- Frankenstein Scientist. Turn in the crafted parts, then The Truth Revealed.
- Gravekeeper, 9 quests. Ends at Big Randy.
- Hex Mania. New 10-quest chain, ending at The Final Ritual. Open him again if you were on the old line.
Enzo sells these for Halloween Coins:

|---|---|
| Clown Armor chestplate | 1,500 |
| White Pumpkin Armor chestplate | 1,500 |
| Event Crate Key | 2,000 |
| Master Crate Key | 1,700 |
| Halloween Gible | 250 |
| Sandslash Mummy | 250 |
| Spooky Gengar | 250 |

| Griseous Core | 4,200 |
| Halloween Spirit | 4,200 |
| Lightning Conductor | 350 |
| Overcharge Battery | 350 |
Zombies drop Zombie Guts and skeletons drop Skeleton Ribs much more often (about 30%, from 5%). Candy Buckets in the world pay 3 Halloween Coins each, and 50 coins plus 2 Event Keys when the set is finished.
Quest rules that stay after the event live on the quests page.
Candy and the Spirit
Halloween Candy, Candy Bags, and Candy Buckets can be found and eaten again. They roll EXP candies. A bigger item rolls better. Craft 9 candy into a bag, and 9 bags into a bucket.
A Halloween Spirit starts a server drop and a 30-minute booster. The next one is allowed after 15 minutes. One spirit drop at a time. Using one during a drop, or during the wait, keeps the item.
Skins and armor
New Halloween skins: Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Sylveon, and Electivire.
New armor sets: Clown armor, and Pumpkin Killer armor.
Bikes
Use the item, or click a block while holding it, to summon within 5 blocks. Only the owner rides or edits it. Sneak-hit yours to put it away. That works inside claims, including spawn. Walk 25 blocks off and it despawns. At 20, a chest that still has items warns you first. Chest contents stay on the item.
- Types: Bike, Mountain, Electric, Floating.
- Floating bikes stay in water and lava, hop out of fluid, and grant fire resistance in lava. The others despawn in fluid.
- Speed boost in hotbar slot 7 while you ride. 1.5× for 3 seconds, then 5 seconds of cooldown. Getting off clears it, and the item that was in that slot comes back.
- Upgrades: Wheel, Heavy Wheel, Floating Ring, Battery. Shears reset it. Wraps use shears.
- Wraps: Fire stripes, PBR logo, Lightning, Cherry blossoms, Camouflage, Gyarados, Blank.
- Decorations are toggles, and they are not consumed. Feather = streamers, oxeye daisy = flowers, lantern = lights. One costume: thunder stone = Pikachu, salmon = Gyarados, gold block = Arceus.
- Riding your own bike counts for egg hatching, on land and in fluid. Step evolutions still need walking.
- Shop: Bike 50,000. Wheel 20,000. Heavy Wheel, Floating Ring, and Battery 30,000.
Claim rules for bikes and everything else stay on the claims page.
Shop code
HA20WE20EM6 is 20% off on the shop through November 1, 2026.

Other things you will notice
- Wild-battle loot opens in a chest menu, with Take All and Drop All. Leave or disconnect and the leftovers drop at the faint spot.
- A catch that rolls 0 shakes still plays 1 shake. Catch odds are the same.
- Rare Candy can be given in bulk. The slider stops at level 100. Each level applies its own friendship and a heal. Evolution is offered after the summary closes, and a chain can keep going.
- Outside battle you can skip the evolution animation. In battle it still plays.
- New claims have to be at least 3×3. Claims you already have stay as they are.
- Pokémon given as rewards are marked seen and caught.
- A party slot waits 45 seconds for a slow save sync before it is reported missing. The Pokémon stays in the slot.
- An overdue nursery Pokémon stays in the nursery and retries when its model has not loaded yet.
- A quest reward that only partly fits your inventory drops the remainder.
- One kill counts once toward a kill quest.
- An apricorn sapling within 6 blocks of the build height does not grow.
- A Max Revive used on a Pokémon that is still up no longer leaves the battle unable to end.
- Arena battles start with the two sides 19 blocks apart.
Under the hood
Packs, data, battles
Behavior went 5.7.0, then 5.7.1, then 5.7.2. Resource went 3.1.0, 3.1.1, 3.1.2. Each pack updates on its own, so only changed packs redownload. Audio stayed on 3.0.0. 3.1.1 is the claim, evolution, and Rare Candy text. 3.1.2 is Leafeon's Halloween look, plus the shiny Eevee Halloween texture path.
Content data shipped with the behavior pack: Grave Hollow, Igor, Gravekeeper, the Frankenstein Scientist, the Hex Mania rewrite, Enzo, the bike shop, Bob and Randy, candy buckets, and the Leafeon skin id.
Battle sim pokebedrock-showdown went from 0.1.21 to 0.1.24. 0.1.22 adds the Halloween cosmetic
formes, the Max Revive fix, and a doubles fix where the AI was sending a locked move with no
target. 0.1.23 is a rebuild so those formes are actually in the package the server loads. 0.1.24
adds Leafeon-Halloween. Battle protocol is unchanged. Skins are read from Showdown, not from a
list inside the behavior pack.
Script API is @minecraft/server 1.26.52, the same generation as dedicated server BDS 1.26.52.
On this build, item-use can fire with no item attached. Those events are dropped, so a script
cannot throw on an empty use.
Proxy, manager, hosts
gobds v209 loads each text pack's own language and skips language files that pack does not ship. Non-English clients get their own text. Packs with no language folder are still skipped.
gobds starts with an 8 GiB memory cap. A proxy spike stays inside that cap, so it cannot fill the machine and take the worlds down with it.
bds-manager crash restart now follows that world's own exit. A crash after startup brings the world back without waiting on the 5-minute watchdog. That is the build on every game host.
The same manager adds backup and restore on the website. A world backup can run while the server is up. A database backup is that world only. Restore counts down (default 60 seconds), stops the world, keeps a safety copy, swaps the world and/or restores the database, then starts. One restore per host. Start, stop, updates, and a full host restart wait until it finishes. If the manager dies mid-restore, that world stays stopped until someone starts it.
Hub change, staff-only: crash dumps in Sentry are readable again. The alert line itself is unchanged.
Player database code did not change. Mongo and Redis images were refreshed. Docker on the game hosts is 29.9.1. No kernel reboot on this rollout. Grave Hollow was written into each world before the new packs came up. Dimension id is 1002.
